We all know how important a quality image is for marketing your short term rental property. Good lighting, well composed, clear resolution and so on. By now you probably have your image library including 10 great shots that you consistently use across all marketing communications channels.Do you have that one image that sums up the total experience of your holiday rental in Australia? The one that stands out from all your competitors on the booking portal search results page? I'm talking about an image that has personality.Try not to think about the actual house or apartment image but more about what sort of experience guests can enjoy when staying in your holiday rental. Maybe it's a lovely chair in a sun room or a shady spot on the deck near the pool. What is that image that screams peace, relaxation, luxury, coziness, awesome holidays!And after you've thought about ambient spaces in your holiday rental focus your attention on your major features. Fire places, spas, hammocks, sunsets, sunrises etc. Take a lovely picture of them - ideally with a guest enjoying these features and ambient spaces.Tell a story with your images. Take many and ask your friends and family to choose their favourites.
